Another refiner

Hello,

i wanna use http://rathena.org/board/files/file/2962-refine-function/ emistry's refiner. I get a bit confused about the setting

 

1. is it test if this refiner works on hercules latest rev?

2. can anybody make it for me so it is like the official refiner (chances and stuff) like an all in 1 refiner

3. I wanna add a "refine to save" option

4. I wanna add a "refine all items to save"

5. I wanna add a refine all same items to X
