Refiner and not vip / vip

Hey good morning, I would like a refiner to refine up to +4 to common players 

Refine: Hat head, weapon, esculdo, armor and cloak. 

 

Already vip players to refine + 5 Hat head, weapon, esculdo, armor and cloak.

if you have a default npc you just put this script at the first part of your script
