How to make packet_db work inside plugin

What the title says. Currently it's always returning 0 to this request:

packet_db[RFIFOW(*fd,0)].pos[0]

And yes, I narrowed it down to only this. RFIFOW/*fd give me the exact same results as on actual server.

I have clif.h included. Anything else I'm missing?
