Script.txt not activating

Question

Hi I'm pretty new to this so bear with me! 

 

There are some npc.txts that are included in the trunk but are // "deactivated"

I try to activate them by removing the //s and reloaded my scripts but they still don't activate.. 

 

What should I do? Thanks!

Any errors while reloading the script?
What script and where is it located?
