Card slot image and prefix/suffix

Hi,

 

I ran to this problem awhile ago and I'm stuck..

 

 

Supposed to be cards not boxes, how do I fix this?

 

And also, I already typed in my prefix here: cardprefixnametable.txt

 

Is there anything else that's needed to be done?
