Effect when equip an item

I would like to put an effect on an item when the player equip the item, appears an effect of a skill, how can i do it?

 

Anyone know where I can find the list with the ID of the effects of skills?

In your Hercules folder there is a doc folder, inside of it

 

[evilpuncker 504]

and to add the effect just use (example) "specialeffect2 EF_TEIHIT3;" at the OnEquip part of item
