Inserting Palette on a Custom Hairstyle.

Can I ask for the a Exact Format on How to implement a Custom Hairstyle + Palette ?

I'm having a hard time on inserting Palette on my Custom Hairstyle
it always ending up on a Black + Neon Colored Garbled Color.
