I'm trying to use this system, but I do not know how to generate the .po file

 

is the map server?

Run this command

map-server --generate-translations

If on windows, run from command prompt

Else run it from putty.

Try updating hercules and generating a new .pot file, I think this issue has been fixed

my hercules is the latest version.

I'm unable to reproduce your issue now though (I addressed it in a commit yesterday)
