as Topic says,,

 

i do have the Server Database Editor 1.0.8.6 from the Downloads Section,,

 

But I tried to use the Skill Editor,, Change the settings for the "Max Count" of some skills, and cast times, saved,, reload,,, but it created an error to the skills,,

 

but when manually input them to the database thru notepad,, everything works perfectly,,

have you ever told @@Tokeiburu of those problems instead? he is an awesome guy and always fixes his tools whenever someone reports a problem, you should try it
