KA-Type skills works without soul link?

Does KA-Type(Kaite, Kaahi, Kaupe, Kaizel) skills can really be casted even without soullink?

How do I make them like the previous one?

If you cast KA-Type skills without soul link the caster will be stunned.

 

I try to changed it at skill_db.txt. But whenever I make it a spirit skill(0x8), the skill level stays at level 1 only.

 

from

465,9,6,16,0,0x1,0,7,1,yes,0,0,0,magic,0,0x20, SL_KAITE,Kaite

to

465,9,6,16,0,0x1,0,7,1,yes,0,0x8,0,magic,0,0x20, SL_KAITE,Kaite
