What does this mean "Malformed Archive"?

So when compiling I get this error, did dos2unix on my files, set permissions to 777 etc, i dunno why but now it doesnt wanna compile...

No luck @@4144... could my transfer of files be corrupt or something?

It has something to do when I run find

. -type f -exec dos2unix {} ;

On linux to convert my windows files into linux
