Guys ano masasabi nyo ? Sa halagang 100USD nag pa kilala ang RagnaHosting.com

 

Bumili ako sa kanila ng 2GB ram Hosting for Ragnarok balak ko kasi mag tayo ng server then nag offer siya saken ng +50 USD for Full Managed daw !

 

Ang problem ko lang jan guys ! Full Management daw ! pero lahat ng gusto ko ipa Updates na magagandang Updates ! ayaw nila ilagay !

 

tapos Pinalagay ko mga NPC kasi naka DISABLE pa siya eh !

Sa Sobrang tagal nila mag response ! kinalikot ko yung Files ! tapos nahanap ko yung mga NPC !

 

Then kung kelan nailagay ko na NPC ! tsaka sila nag response !

Nakakabastos saken ! Una sa lahat Customer ako natural lang mag Complain kameng mga Customer at bumili ako ng Fully Managed ! Minura ako ! yung mga NPC na nilagay ko sila daw nag lagay nun !

 

Gusto ko irefund yung Binayad ko pero Naka Block na ako sa Skype nila ! then di na nag Rereply yung Developer :  nanakiwurtz

 

Ayaw nila irefund yung binayad ko eh wala pa naman ako napapakinabangan sa server wala pang players kasi di pa naka UP yung game ! 

 

Guys ! wag kayo mag tiwala sa hosting na to ! SUPER POOR SERVICE ! SOBRANG LAG pa ng noVNC naka ASIA Hosting po ako sa kanila !

We really don't need to continue this over here at Hercules to be honest. Both sides have been said which is more than enough. 

 

Here is my case and point. If you do not know how to load NPCs, Items, Mobs, and create basic NPC structuring (dialogue), sorry to say but you shouldn't open a server. Especially since it's coming down to you wanting your hosting provider to do everything for you.

 

First step is to look at either rAthena and/or Hercules' wiki: http://herc.ws/wiki/Main_Page to start learning how to do basic things in running a server. Sorry if I may sound rude, but I'm being straight forward.

 

Closed (as this can continue to get worse).
