need help client stops working

Been awhile since I updated my kRO files,, i updated my server,, then when i updated my kRO files, to see if there're update for new equipments, then i fully patched it,, then when i tried to play my server,, login as i usually does,,  it stops at 3%,, then my whole PC stops,,

 

my client version is 20131223,,, i just downloaded a premade client here,,

 

sorry does not have screenies as the whole PC stops at 3%,, 

 

please guide me onto what i need to do,,

New Prontera only works in 2015 client, and that might be the reason of loading stopped at 3%
