5 Wave MVP Instance

I need the 5 wave mvp instances with the following:

 

5 rounds

if they die they go to the map where they can claim their prize

 

Prizes:

0-5 mvp  killed he will get 1 coins

6-10 mvp killed he will get 5 coins

11-15 mvp killed he will get 10 coins

16-20 mvp killed he will get 15 coins

21-25 mvp killed he will get 20 coins

 

and warp back to the character save points

here is the scenario so that anyone can understand what i mean

 

every round there is 25 summon monster

each round, you need to kill more than 1 monster to be able to get the prize in this event.

if you killed 2 monster before you die in the event, you will warp to the map where you can talk to the NPC to claim your prize

and warp you back to your save point.

 

i hope someone can give me this bcoz i see it long time ago
