[Help] Converting my rathena Fluxcp into Hercules FluxCP

hi guys, i bought a custom made plug and play website (it's rathena) please help me convert it into hercules fluxcp (dunno why they asking me for conversion fee when it is almost the same)

 

can someone tell me what to edit? thanks

 

i think there's just a little bit of difference between them.
