How to know if you are using hercules or rathena as an emulator

Hi guys!

 

I'm a complete newbie in terms of creating private server for ragnarok, my server is being hosted by gomanilahost just wanted to find out how to know if I'm using hercules or rathena? I didn't see it on the file they sent me.

You should contact your host and inquire or check the console window on start-up for clues.

Hi there,

you can ask them but if you do not have the time to wait.

you can always check the "trunk" folder if it has folder named "Hercules" or "rathena"

take a look into /db/ folder...
if it has *conf files in it, you're using hercules (or hercules-based), if there a only *txt files, it might be rAthena (or any other *Athena-based emulator). ^^
