download page on flux

Hi, how can I create a download page in flux? I have in my theme folder the downloads.php file but when I try to enter in the page its shows me: 

 

The page you have requested was not found on our server. Please check the address and make sure it is correct, and try again.

where's your downloads.php file? it should be on your /themes/<name of your theme>/main/downloads.php
