Height and Width for browser Popup in RO <url><info></info></url>

Hey guys ,

Just wanted to know if there's a way to set a default Height and width for the window that's poped up when the link is clicked .

on this 

mes "You can Refer <URL>wiki for help<INFO>https://irowiki.org/wiki/Main_Page</INFO></URL> anytime";

 

So that if i set default width and height to 500x500 it always opens a box of 500x 500.

Kindly help me out.

Can u guide me through , As i'm trying to do this Ragnarok wont accept the code  

doing it for that ingame feature thingy .
