Sonic blow range when used with bow

can someone show me how to edit the range of an specific skill when used with specific weapon?

pretty sure if you set it to -1 then it defaults to weapon range

try setting it to -7 then use a bow, then a dagger

setting this to -7 gives 7 range with every weapon
