doubt about pre-re

I'm trying to set up a pre-re server, I already uncommented the line in renew.h, but I see that some things still remain as re, like the delay between skills and aura green mvp, not to mention that I can usually become 3rd class, would that be normal and am I going crazy?

I think the delay you mentioned are like the cooldowns ( which turns the skills gray then normal after a period of time ). This looks like client side and I haven't found a way to turn it off. At least when the delay is set to normal.

I will look for a totally pre-re date to perform the tests, after all, this delay between skills is not part of the pre-re seeing other servers.
