Sonic Blow Animation

Looks like Sonic Blow Animation was removed along the way. Does anyone have any idea on how to bring it back? I think this was done both client side and server side.

but there's no animation on mine, tried clients with and without gepard. I'm getting this

Same problem. Hardcoded in exe. Looking for the code in a 2018 exe to incorporate it in the 2020.
