Client crash whithout error

Hi. I play yesterday on my server. All was working. I modify something on the sql database and on the emulator and restarted the server.
There was error and I re-put the backup (was before the modifications). And when I'm connecting, allthing works, login character select ok.
But when I clic on Start after character select, the client freezes (whithout error) on the screen "Please wait". And there'nt error on the server.

I precise I haven't modify the client. The client OK. The server OK no error.
Where can be a problem ?

If struck in this page it mean you wrong configuring in (s)clientinfo.xml

I "might" have the same problem: do you have this message on your server ?

[Status]: Request for connection of testuser (ip: XXXXXXXXXX).
[Notice]: Authentication accepted (account: testuser, id: 2000002, ip: XXXXXXXXXX)
[Status]: Connection of the account 'testuser' accepted.
 

If you have it then your clientInfo is okay since you can connect to login server, but for some reason the client can't go further (char server).
That's the problem I'm facing right now

Try disabling Windows Firewall or Defender and see if it's somehow blocking the client from communicating with the map server.
