what do you mean the location your want to rename it? on your webhost. make a folder rename it as

fluxcp then put all the fluxcp files inside of it.

then on your configapplication.php

 

look for BaseURI'   => '' and make it

 

BaseURI'   => '/fluxcp/'

you can portforward your router manually
