Help emblem not working!! BUMP

theres a problem loading in guild emblem HELP!! WHAT SHOULD I DO???

The emblem must be in  .bmp format and 24x24 px size..

 

and make a new folder inside your RO folder and name it "Emblem"

 

then your done..

already done im a GM in my server owner and GM in guild all players communicate with me to solve emblem . all in guild not working emblem in my server

is there any error in server? can you please upload some screenshots? because Emblem is working fine in my server and I am using latest Hecules and 2013 client..

make sure you save the bmp to 256 colors (8bit) format...
