sprite error on client 2012-07-16 can't fine act file.

After I changed my svn from rathena to hercules. Then I also change my client from 2012-04-18 to 2012-07-16 I got this sprite error of an act file when using my custom headgear that is not even the act of my custom item. But when I use my old client (2012-04-18), I don't have any error. Anyone knows how to fix this?
