Open renewal.h . look for #define RENEWAL_CAST and change to (quote it) ///#define RENEWAL_CAST Then go to trunk/conf/battle/skill.conf look for this // At what dex does the cast time become zero (instacast)?castrate_dex_scale: 150 Change 150 to your desired Dex.
