help about quest

can someone make or give me a hint to make a quest like this.. 

 

you need to finish the first quest to be able to warp/teleport to 1st floor(another map) and finish again the other quest for the 2nd floor..

this is thanatos tower quest, its inside the svn by default.

but after they take/finish the quest they can warp to the map freely.. i mean if they finish the quest in the first floor and the 2nd floor.. they can warp to 1st and 2nd floor freely ..
