Includes: - Ability to read 'conf/manners.txt' (you have to create the file, you can fill as you like, and use '//' to create commands as well). - The @reloadmanners command - Implements the 'mouthful' group permission, which allows individual groups to bypass the badwords filter. Requires: - HPM Hooking to be enabled.
