NPC Buffer for VIP player

Question

Can i request for script 1 click buffer 

 

Full chemical Protection

Agility (lvl10)

Blessing (lvl 10)

Assumption 

and +10 Food (Agi,Dex,Vit,Str,Int,Luk)

 

 

that npc only can use for VIP player or donator

I don't know why? but when i used this Npc...i can't move everywhere...but when buffer over i can move again...Someone Know how fix it,please?
