(2012-07-16 to 2012-04-18)this means theres no packet change for login(and for char select) but still if you had changed packetver to 20120418, dont use 20120716 because it may receive random unsupported packets(I guess 10-20 packets are changed) in short, its not a bug, its just that, some of the packets are same.
