Anyone like to share the tips on how to optimize client files effectively?

What are the files that not necessary?

In 2014? If you have clean own grf, (what you was made by yourself) that is not nessesary to optize client. Sure, you can delete extra .html files, or .txt, or maybe few .ini, but for what? 

If you want to make your client "liter" there is no sense to do it in 2014.
