Thor Patcher Issue stuck at "Getting file -patchfilename-.thor"

I was able to download the patch just fine but after downloading all patch files, I always get stuck with this message. File name sometimes change for whatever reason I do not know.

 

Has anybody experienced this before?

i experience that before. the problem is on my web hosting. after i switch other web hosting. i never get that error again.
