I actually have a RO server, things are going really Slow.

 

Amm... I can see some servers with a lot of ppl Like http://myro.ph/site/  OR   x-ro.net.

and that is really amazing. 

 

Which is the secret of servers with alot of ppl?....SEO? Marketing?, Investment? Server Features?.

How they control bugs, and users at time.
 

How they do management their communities getting good results?

Giving a short answer I would say that all resides at being Self-sufficient. Not asking anyone how to do things. Not paying anyone to do all it for you. Be that individual that seeks for answers or even, creates answers or solutions of nowhere.

 

And more important, not asking how to have sucess in threads like this one 

 

Thats all. I guess I know what I'm talking about since for years I've been running a server time to time, wich had 1000+ players online at their best life.

If your Server is failing please have a patience in maintaining it, All the server will start from a scratch and instead of closing it just give it more time to grow.

Some of the old servers are not really that good, it just happen that the players already gained their trust. because no matter what happened they did not closed the server that easy.
