i want to set up a high rate server with balance skill cast and damage

Your topic title states one thing but then your post states another.

 

For your topic title, you have to change a source file for the max level. In your src/map/map.h, you can find this:

#define MAX_LEVEL 150

 

on line 42.

 

After that, head on over to your db/pre-re(re)/exp.txt and change the max level there accordingly. 

 

Now, for your post... that's up to you to decide how to make your skills' damage lower or higher. With the casting, you can visit skill_cast_db in your db/pre-re(re) folder.

but how can i balance skill damage??

@Mysterious sir how to fix this soul breaker without using EDP skill have a dame of 21k but when i uses EDP skill the damage will decrease it will go down to 14k..

I think this depends on what property of the monster you're attacking
