Does BOTS send LAST MAC IP?

If the packet is so well modified in the bot application, then Yes.

and if they have knowledge to modify the bot program(as pf sending mac address,) they can even send fake mac address.

Its no need to use bot, if u r  vmware player ,u can easily bypass the ip and mac adress checking

IP and Macmcan be changed without vmware too..

I havent used bots from year or so, so dont know if they have it by default or not.
