quest subject not translated / but detail translated

I can translate the quest detail 

but some of the subject quest is in Korean word.

I check in quest_db but everything default

please tell me how to translate the subject

questid2display is work fine to translated for detail of the quest

but the subject that pop-up on top right screen iit not translated. (some quest)

I try to check on quest db and ID,name is matching with client perfectly

But why it still show korean word on the top right screen

(ex: xxxxxx, ID=xxxx (null) )

 

it only happen on some quest ex: tutorial novice and some of eden

check 'lua files/quest/' some new quest are there..
