You can try this msgstringtable, it works well on 2013-08-07 clients.

How is this place because I do not have data msgstringtable.txt nka grf folder because I make a patcher

Just update yourData.grf folder using GRF Editor then insert the msgstringtable.txt inside /data/. if you still have problem please let us know

GRF Editor uses drag and drop for most of its operations, it's straightforward : 

 

 

I'm not sure if that was the folder you wanted but it's the same principle.
