Developing Pre-renewal

Question

It's been a long time since I developed my own ragnarok server using eathena but now i want to switch to hercules.

1. Best Hercules SVN version which is compatible to Pre renewal mechanics?

2. What Data forlder ( for grf ) should I use?

3. Stable Client Date to play the game.

Sorry, and the 20131223 client. Is it recommended for pre-re?

Client has nothing to do with pre-re or re.

You can even use 2014 clients with pre-re.
