SKill Problem for a weapon

When i use Dagger i can use all the skill like Double strife and  Clown Skill to Like arrow vulcan and all the songs! Sonic blow on dagger  
not like Violin = Clown song and Arrow Vulcan  or Sonic blow = Jur 
pls help using lates Git Hercules version!      
I will be thankfull for the help !!
