Could someone help me so my FluxCP resizes to aka bootstrap?

I'm having problems... Whenever I CTRL+scroll and zoom out I can see the colors of the background in the FluxCP. Can anyone help put bootstrap into my website so it automatically resizes on mobile browsers/desktop browsers? If anyone could help me out, it'd be appreciated!
