Racial property not working (Demi Human)

Hi Guys,

just want to ask if ever there is a certain setting in the config somewhere this is to be corrected.
Server issue:  hydra card effect is not working on PVP (players) but working on demi-human race monsters.

Currently, we only have RC_DemiHuman, which includes player,

But soon, as SCConfigRedesign is done, we would have DemiHuman and Player Seperated(for renewal)
