Login server won't connect

Hello , I seem to have a connection problem I keep getting this error

 

when I try to restart the server its either i get that error or this

 

 

And well It sometimes loads all of it but I seem to always get server closed,rejected from server and even if i manage to get pass those i get the message on the log in screen "THE MAP IS NOT AVAILABLE" when i log in. I already double checked the set up for my connection and it seems its all good maybe i missed something?

kindly check your tables in your phpmyadmin

 

for Login-Server Error, the username and password must be the same in login table in your database
trunk/conf/login_server.conf and trunk/conf/char_server.conf

Already checked they're the same still having these errors and I still can't connect properly. It keeps on rejecting me,displaying server closed or that "THE MAP IS NOT AVAILABLE"

Map is not available means MapServer is offline.

We've worked around it but still we keep on getting server closed.

The username and password on map-server.conf/login-server.conf doesn't match with SQL login db having account id 1

got that other problem resolved but now when i try to log in I keep getting "SERVER CLOSED or REJECTED FROM SERVER" message. console only tells me this it sometimes lets me log in but when i log out and try logging in again it goes back to that problem.
