[Question] How slotted cards are displayed in equipment?

I hope this is the right place to ask

 

I am currently looking at some cards and enchants, and noticed this:

 

 

I wonder if it's client side or server side?

and how do I get the card to be displayed correctly?

Might be client side where slots are mentioned as 3 , but at serverside its enchanted at 4th slot.

But if we treat the enchant as normal card, the INT+3 still doesn't show (Left is INT+2)

 

 

Is it related?
