Attack Speed HELP

hi, For some reason, all my character got max attack speed . 190..
no matter what weapons i equip, there is no weapon penalty applied.

I'm kinda new to all this stuff, so i got no idea where did i messed up..

have you tried to disable the renewal attack speed?

no I disabled it.. still max aspd for all
