I think the new char select screen came in 03-07-2012? So maybe anything earlier than that, but I can't say for sure

you use a md5 hash tool on the client. You put those values into the respected fields. Therefore, only that client can be used

Yea jaBote is correct. Try not to use an item id in the range of > 30000
range of 23000 - 28000 is safe for example

which part are you failing at, i have harmony still successfully compiling on the hercules latest still

i think hercules would have to add support to 2013 sln files or something?
At the moment you would have to install visual studio 2012 tools so that 2013 will be able to compile the 2012 sln files

actually yea, i tried vs2013, and tried to upgrade the files when it prompted me too, doesn't pass compilation.
I had to use the vs2012 tools on vs2013 to compile =/

Please be mindful of what you guys are quoting, if its going to take a considerable amount of space then don't do it. For now I put the large quotes that took up like half the page into spoiler tags

usually means the client hasn't been diffed correctly and the offset is wrong

The main difference is that ragexe has the cash shop icon obviously, and you will also have accesss to latest sprites and skills if you use the 2013 clients.
RagexeRE can't be used for the later dates since it uses a different compiler version I believe. So if you want the latest and greatest then ragexe would be your choice
