I think its not a problem..

It is because of the tabulation.

#1 try to use a specific monster id, for example

summon "High Priest Margaretha",1643; about 2 and 3 question have no idea

abuse the event labels

the only down side of using this trick is your server will spam error message like
cannot find label clonecheck::On150000
but the script works perfectly fine
