Yea thats the issue because my server can go up to baselevel 500 and job 120. but the npc keeps saying that i need to be at the max level.

you should be able to know if its renewal or pre renewal because there's monster in maps that only for renewal.

Those characters can be edited in-game. just double click it and it will automatically but i think there's another way for it which is the ChatWndInfo_U.lua you can see that inside RO/savedata/ChatWndInfo_U.lua

Hi Mhalicot! can i ask a question how do you change the " costume " word when converting the headgear into the users name?

it will become like

I think the ID of the monster stated is not available on the mob_db.txt try to look for that ID and enable it.
Not necessary to add mob o_O, its just script not checking if mob exist or not, so adding a condition will fix it.
Oh sorry xD how about in this line?

should it be like this?

It's not possible unless the new card item is added on the item DB. In case it is, the code should be like this (change YOUR_CARD_ID to your actual card ID or you'll experience an error ingame:
