Good day all! Does anybody know what is the str or animation effect of the oratio skill? I've been checking the grf but I can't seem to find it. I accidentally merged another grf and the oratio skill got messed up. Whenever I use the skill, the Blue spinny thing doesn't come out. Hoping someone could help me. Thank you in advance.

Good day! After patching this diff, I got an error when i recompiled my server. I attached an image showing the error. Is there someone that could help me out. Thank you. Edit: Already fixed it.
