Card Excachnger shop not working

hi there people please help me how to fix this when player click shop inside this npc the npc only show jellopy

 

but i already insert what does the shop should be thank you this is the script

already tried with rathena emulator and it's working

Make sure that listed items in shop are existing in your item_db

yes all of the items are listed on my item_db.txt

What errors do you get on your map server console? im guessing the command used on this shop doesn't work with herc, it needs to be converted.
