Admin Trade Permission

May I know if there is a group permission allowing admin 99 to trade the items that has

        notrade: true
        noselltonpc: true
        nocart: true
        nogstorage: true
        nomail: true
        noauction: true"

How?

Just create another group level to 98 or something then add all_commands then add those permissions.
